猪肉土豆面zhūròu tǔdòu miàn

Ingredients

1/2 lb pork tenderloin

2 small potatoes

1 green onion

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1/2 tsp black vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

4 oz noodles

You can use any type of noodles you want for this recipe! We recommend anything similar to spaghetti noodles though 👍🏻

Prep Ingredients

  1. Peel the potatoes and dice into small cubes.

  2. Dice the pork tenderloin into small cubes as well.

  3. Wash and trim the green onion. Chop up into small pieces.

  4. Mince the ginger.

Make Sauce

  1. While making the sauce, prepare your noodles as per package instructions.

  2. Add olive oil, minced ginger, a few grinds of black pepper, and a quarter teaspoon of salt to a pan.

  3. Heat the pan over high heat.

  4. Add the pork tenderloin, Chinese cooking wine, black vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the pan.

  5. Stir to make sure the sauces and pork are fully mixed.

  6. Once there is a thin layer of sauce left in the pan, add the chopped green onion and the potato. Stir well.

  7. Add 1 more tablespoon of light soy sauce, and lower the heat to medium-high.

  8. Add water to the pan so that the water is just covering the pork and potatoes.

  9. Add another quarter teaspoon of salt to the pan.

  10. Once the water boils, lower the heat to medium. Cover the pan and let simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

  11. Serve on top of noodles!
