32 oz peanut butter
4.5 oz flour
4.5 oz powdered sugar
jelly
The easiest filling - just mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and flour until it's thoroughly mixed.
I usually go with 25 grams of this filling to go with 30-35 grams of mooncake dough. So, divide and measure out 25-gram pieces of the peanut butter paste.
Roll each piece into a small ball, and then freeze for 10 minutes.
Take one ball, cut it in half, and use your thumb to make a small dent in the middle of each half.
Add a small spoon of jelly into the dent (in both halves if you're brave).
Gently close the two halves and pinch at the seam.
Roll the ball gently in your hands to make sure the seam is smooth.
Repeat steps 3-6 until you use all the peanut butter paste.
